another Monday - another Plan. . .
I don't know about your May - but mine is quickly filling up with school activities and baseball. I'd like to get some stuff out of my freezer in the next couple of weeks as well.
here's my plan for this week:
Monday - Chicken Cutlets and Asparagus
Tuesday - Stuffed Flounder Fillets with Spinach
Wednesday - Pasta (not sure what variety yet)
Thursday - Sloppy Joe's
Friday - TBD - probably leftovers
Saturday - Dogs and Burgers on the Grill, Corn on the Cob and a salad
Sunday - Hopefully someone surprises me with a dinner plan =)

I wish the chef Disney Good Neighbor Hotels, will consider Stuffed Flounder Fillets with Spinach on his menu.
