they grow up so fast. . .

. . .so yesterday was owen's first day of school.

he goes to childcare 4 days a week, but he moved up to a new classroom this fall - he's a tiger now.

the room wasn't quite ready - but some old friends were back from a summer off, and there were new toys, and best of all this room has a computer - which owen noticed and pointed out RIGHT AWAY (wonder where he gets that from??) he gave me a quick hug and kiss and went off to play with his friend Luke.

when i picked him up - he was out on the playground enjoying the beautiful day. . .just a hint of fall in the air (epecially in the mornings). . .he told me he had a great day being a tiger and that he played with all his friends.

we are so fortunate to have such a wonderful nurturing place to send our child. a place where he can develop his skills, learn new ones and make friends.
