Ryan: mom, you know that thing inside you, your independence. . .that they take out?

Me/Mom: uhm. . .yeah. . .

Ryan: My friend Nolan had his taken out at the hospital today.

Me/Mom: Oh - his appendix.

    Catholic grade school removes that independence from inside you. It takes some years, but eventually it re-grows.
