Weekly Family Meal Plan 2017 - Week 12

Weekly Meal Plan Ideas sharing real food for real families. Save time and money by planning easy menus for your family.

Good morning friends and welcome! Happy First Day of Spring! Our ground is still mostly covered with snow and it's int he 20s this morning, so I'm holding off on the seersucker and sandals for a bit more. But I must say that the change to the spring season rejuvenates me.  Even though for us, it's a busy season, that sunshine really helps my mood, creativity and productivity.

Having said that, I did a little recipe exploration this weekend, in search of some easy, whole-food ideas that everyone would eat. It is NOT easy. But by taking a little time to peruse some Whole 30 and 21 Day Fix menus, I was able to gain just the amount of inspiration I needed, to apply some of those ideas to my own meal plan.In addition, I am trying to do better for breakfast and lunch for myself, but that's a WHOLE OTHER THING!

So with that in mind, here's what we have planned for this week:

Monday - Flank Steak, Baked Potatoes and Asparagus
Tuesday - Pork Tenderloin, Bacon Balsamic Brussel Sprouts
Wednesday - Chicken Thigh Sheet Pan Meal (not sure which one yet)
Thursday - Leftovers (LAX Team Dinner)
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday - YOYO (You're On Your Own)
Sunday -Family Dinner Out
