Menu Plan Monday - 2015 Week 35

Welcome back to another weekly meal planning post. Even with 34 weeks of plans under my belt this year, some weeks, are just HARD. No motivation, no inspiration, just blah. That's where I was this weekend. Even though I pulled out books and magazines, I'm staring at a big blank box for today. We have two weeks left of summer vacation before school starts, and I'm trying to enjoy the laid-back, no routine days as much as possible.

For menu planning, that has meant lots of stuff on the grill. Just toss some meat or fish, potatoes and veggies on and dinner is done. Not much mess to clean up afterwards either. But even there, I'm a little bored. SO - what are we having this week?

Here's our plan for dinner this week:

Monday - Shrimp Stir Fry, over rice
Tuesday - Sloppy Joe's, Cole Slaw
Wednesday - Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Butter Noodles with Parsley, Broccoli
Thursday - Grilled Chicken Caesar Salads (Homemade Chicken Tenders for kids)
Friday - Pizza Night - Make Your Own Pizzas
Saturday - Dinner with my Parents
Sunday - Leftover Buffet/YOYO (You're On Your Own)

What's on your meal plan this week?

  1. That shrimp stir fry sounds delicious! I'm still working on meal planning for my family, I'm the worst for peeking in the fridge and deciding based upon what I see. I know I over buy groceries every week because of it.
