Are you familiar with Wellies? You know, rubber boots.
They come in all shapes and designs these days, and are quite a fashion statement.
For my last birthday, John got me a pair of Hunter Boots. I have been coveting these boots for a while, so I was thrilled to finally own a pair. What I've learned, is that they are as good for running the kids to the bus on a rainy day, as they are for mucking around the pumpkin patch. I wore mine last week on a day I had a few school meetings and places to be.

There are lots of ways to style your wellies. You can pair them with black leggings and a tunic, poncho or floaty cardi, for a great rainy casual afternoon or evening outfit. They also work great with a denim skirt. I love them with a bulky fisherman-style sweater and skinny jeans too.

I've been seeing hunters around a lot lately! I don't have any rain boot, exactly--but lately it's been raining a LOT so I've been wearing my snow boots because they're waterproof.
