the blog and my scrapbooking have taken a backseat
but the important thing is record precious moments in time - right?
i went to pick owen up the other day at nursery school - when i got there, his clothes were in his locker, so that meant he was wearing his extra clothes out on the playground. being the mommy of the year that i am, i had NO IDEA what clothes they were - so i was out there scanning all the little blond boys for owen. . .
as he ran up to me for our nightly missed you hug, i noticed his hands were covered in paint. . .as he got closer, i noticed his face had a bluish-green tint to it. . .i asked him if he had been painting today. . .he smiled at me and said,
"YES mommy - i painted you a BIG circle"
it's the moments in time you want to cherish forever.
