Menu Plan Monday - 2013 Week 1
Time to ring in another year. . .2013.
One process that completely worked for me in 2012 that I am carrying into my 2013 is meal planning. You have all heard me say it before, but honestly, planning a week's worth of dinners is the only way I keep our family of four from eating take out or cereal every night.
Even though we have New Year's right at the beginning of this week, I'm planning around it to share with you. Something I am changing up this year, is I will include one weekend dinner. To meet our budget goals for 2013, we are paring down on eating out. To help with that, I'm planning a weekend dinner up front.
So here is our 2013 Week #1 Meal Plan:
Monday - New Year's Eve - we are heading to a Family Party
Tuesday - New Year's Day - Pot Luck or Pasta
Wednesday - Steak and Shrimp
Thursday - Baked Potato Soup, Rolls and Salad
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday - TBD
Sunday - Lasagna (making 2 pans - one to freeze)
