Turning Over a New Leaf and Getting Back on Track With My Healthy Lifestyle
We all know that leading a healthy lifestyle is good for us. Getting regular exercise, eating right, drinking water, getting enough sleep. . .all of those things are supposed to make us healthier (and happier) people. And well many of us, myself included, are full of good intentions, sometimes we get overwhelmed and something has to go.
For me, this summer, it was my walking. I'm not a fan of the heat, and I just didn't make a commitment to get out in the early mornings or later evenings this summer for my exercise. But now that this kids are back in school, my new leaf is to get back into the walking routine and pick up my healthy lifestyle habits where I left them.
