Menu Plan Monday - 2013 Week 46


Well chilly weather has arrived here, and I finally turned our heat on. The cold snap makes me think hearty while doing my weekly meal planning, but I still want to stay relatively healthy. I'd love to bump up my selection of Soups and Stews, if you have any favorites to share.

Here's what's on our plan for this week:

Monday - Roasted Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Peas and Rolls
Tuesday - Taco Tuesday with Gucamole and Corn
Wednesday - Ravioli (with sausage & sage in olive oil and garlic)
Thursday -  Chili (frozen from Halloween) with cornbread
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday and Sunday - Leftovers
