It seems as if there is always a reason for my kids to be wearing their school colors or spirit wear. We just wrapped up the NCAA Championship, with hometown heroes, the Villanova Wildcats taking home the trophy. It's baseball season. Every time we turn around, there's a reason to show some team spirit. These days, there's no reason to look frumpy when you do it.
My youngest had the opportunity to take the field at a recent Villanova Men's Lacrosse game. Since I would be hanging out int he stands, I wanted to show some team spirit. On a recent visit himself, my husband picked up this super cute, incredibly comfy football jersey style shirt. I put it over my favorite Aventura Clothing Brienne Tank and paired it with a pair of skinny white jeans. Hot Pink Kate Spade Sneakers and my hot pink Katie bag, made the outfit my own.
Where can you find stylish team clothing? Believe me, college bookstores are nothing like when we (ok, when I) went to college. Many of them even offer choices online, saving you a visit. Stadiums are packed with specialty clothing stores that carry higher-end, stylish alternatives to t-shirts and hoodies. But if you are still looking for something for a bit different, here are a couple ideas:
Looking for more casual wear? Check out League Collegiate Outfitters. I love their vintage vibe. Something else that sets League Collegiate outfitters apart, is their commitment to ethical business practices. If you aren't familiar, take a few minutes to check it out, it's worth a read!

If you need a tie or scarf, you can check out Bendinger Neckwear. They can outfit your entire school through your school store.
