Ready for another weekly meal plan? If this is your first time, each week, I share my real-life weekly meal plan with you. This is what I intend to make my family for dinner all week - no tricks, no fancy stuff that no one would really make, only real ideas for real meals for real families.
Last week we had three hits on our weekly meal plan, with the Chili over Baked Potatoes, a new recipe for Garlic Roasted Chicken Thighs and our favorite mini meatloaves. This week we are pretty busy, and I was out all day Sunday (my weekly get organized day). So this week, my organization and meal planning was quick and not very inspired.
Here's what we have on our plan for this week:
Monday - Vegetable Soup, Challah Bread and Salad
Tuesday - Ranch Pork Tenderloin, Green Vegetable
Wednesday - Chicken Quesadillas with Guacamole and Sour Cream
Thursday - Boys Night Out - I'm going to a Philadelphia Flower Show Preview
Friday - Easy Greek Fritatta
Saturday - Leftover Buffet
Sunday - Pioneer Woman's Pasta Carbonnara
