Menu Plan Monday - 2013 Week 3
So we are moving right along with 2013. . .my monthly calendar hangs on my refrigerator, telling me exactly what I have planned (and had for dinner) for the month. A side benefit of this monthly calendar - knowing how long leftovers have been in there!
This week it's me and the kids for dinner, so we are going VERY easy and kid-friendly. Here's what's in store:
Monday - Breakfast for dinner
Tuesday - Home Made Chicken Fingers, Sweet Potato Fries & Green Beans
Wednesday - Grilled Cheese & Soup (BIG concert at school)
Thursday - Chicken Nuggets and Mac-n-Cheese with fruit
Friday - Pizza
Saturday - TBD
Sunday - Spaghetti, Meatballs, Salad and garlic bread
How do you make life easier for yourself when you are the only parent "on duty"? For me, it's streamlining dinner even more than usual.
