after the last two weeks. . .this one seems like a vacation when i look at our family calendar.
having said that - i'm trying to keep our food bills lower this week, eat a bit healthier, and use up some of what we have. so here's my plan:
Monday - Chicken Stir-fry over rice (using leftover chicken)
Tuesday - Salmon Asparagus and Orzo Salad (thanks to Knitting Zeal for the tip!)
Wednesday - Pasta with garlic, Parmesan and olive oil.
Thursday - Asparagus Omelets
Friday - Pizza Night after Baseball Practice
Saturday - TBD - a late afternoon Baseball game
Sunday - ARCA Race in Millville, NJ so dinner with my parents.
