It's a busy week around here and the temps are supposed to get up to 75 later this afternoon (tho not stay there for the week UNFORTUNATELY) . . .so here's what I'm thinking:
Monday - Burgers and Dogs on the grill (Big has baseball practice tonight & I have Bridge)
Tuesday - Chef Salad/Chicken Salad - or some other use of leftover Roast Chicken
Wednesday - Pasta Carbonara with Sausage (we didn't have this last week)
Thursday - Chicken Cutlets and Asparagus
Friday - Take out
so that's the plan - we shall see how it goes. . .what's your plan?
