menu plan Monday. . .

so. . .it would seem that I find myself sitting at my laptop on a Monday - with no menu plan.

there are a few things happening this week:

1.  Owen and I went to see a demo of MobiStories today at the home of one ClassyMommy.  That took the place of our typical oh-so-exciting grocery store trip.

2.  It is the last week of school - so there's lots of craziness with half-days and playdates and friends over.

3.  We need propane in our grill - and I don't know to turn it off and unhook it - and I'm unable to carry it to the car.

Therefore, I find myself in a slight panic over what to eat.  We have food and choices - but I really find I do SO MUCH better with a plan. . .

Monday - Quesedillas
Tuesday - Some sort of pasta with something in it =)
Wednesday - Burgers and Dogs on the grill (I hope)
Thursday - Flank Steak on the Grill with a side salad
Friday - Pizza night
Saturday -Leftovers
Sunday - Out for Father's Day

So - it's really more a tentative plan, we will see how the week rolls out - but I can't have a blank Menu Minder - that freaks me out.
