out with the old. . .

. . .we spent a good part of yesterday cleaning and organizing. . .i took down the christmas decorations and john cleaned out his closet and dresser. . .

. . .this is the corner where the tree was. . .now it's owen's play area. . . we were lucky that i kept the toy bins we had for ryan, and just re-used them for little people, thomas, musical instruments and cars. . .


. . .john cleaned out 5 bags of old clothes from his closet and dresser - i am so thrilled. . .i make it a habit to comb through my things and the boys' things on a regular basis, but john takes his time. . .but he does such an awesome job. . .thanks baby!!

we are working on ryan's room. . .he needs some new storage strategies and new curtains. . .but he is excited to get that new ipod chair santa brought up to his room and rock out.

it's all about creating some harmony in our space. . .
